After a delicious lunch, we hopped on the bus and went to the town of Banska Stiavnica. It is a town with a rich mining history. We had a great tour guide who took us through part of one of the mining tunnels and showed us around the town a bit. Our tour guide's grandfather worked in the mines in Banska Stiavnica and also in mines in Pittsburgh!

| At the end of our tour we went to this shop that had the most intricate and amazing wood carvings based off the town itself. It was really incredible. |

After the tour, we had some time to just roam around and explore for a bit before we headed back to the hotel.
    
The website is acting crazy and moving my pictures all around, so things are a bit out of order, unfortunately. All in all, it was a great opportunity to see another Slovak town!
